Custom and Made-to-Order Items
Because many Polished Purse items are custom designed or made to order, custom pieces are generally considered final sale.
However, if you are unhappy with your purchase, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order. At our discretion, we may offer an exchange for an item of equal or lesser value.
Ready-to-Ship Items
If a non-custom item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery so we can review the issue and determine the best solution.
Return Conditions
